Jessica Lee (Travelling from June-August 2019)

Movement Therapy | Yoga Instructor

Credentials:

200RYT and Advanced Yoga Teacher Training

ACROVINYASA Level 2 Certified Teacher

SUP Yoga Instructor

FRC Certified

Jess fell in love with the practise in 2005 and hasn’t looked back. Naturally hyper mobile and precisely five feet tall, she has made it her mission to find physical balance and inspire others to discover their full potential by becoming the best version of themselves. She also spends several months each year teaching alongside talented teachers like Briohny Smyth and Dice Iida-Klein in Korea, Thailand, Singapore, Australia, and the UK.

Her teaching philosophy goes beyond yoga, although she has an alignment-based grounding with both vinyasa and dynamic and playful sequences. Her classes are all about connecting the breath with the flow, tempering the pose to suit the day, and implementing non-yoga theories into her practice. Expect lots of laughter and fun in her classes, and the perfect playlist.

Creating lifetime value for my team, our clients, and the community we live in.
