Kieran has worked in private practice for the last 10 years after graduating from the University of New South Wales in 2009. He pursued his dream and opened Momentum in 2018, and is looking forward to a breakthrough year on a project that has been years in the making.
Once you get to know Kieran, you’ll realise one thing – he commits. He approaches every client experience with the same level of dedication and motivation as if they were family. Because simply, they are.
When not in the clinic, you can find him with a rod and reel in his hands or exploring as much as this world can offer.
Kevin completed his degree in Physiotherapy in 2008, but decided to pursue an alternative career in the physical health space, furthering his education with certifications under some of the world’s most exciting movement innovators (including Dr. Andreo Spina). Kevin is passionate about sports injury prevention and active lifestyle recovery through movement.
In his free time, Kevin enjoys sipping whisky, travelling and most recently, taste testing as many craft beers and Negroni’s as Hong Kong’s bars can create.

Jess fell in love with the practise in 2005 and hasn’t looked back. Naturally hyper mobile and precisely five feet tall, she has made it her mission to find physical balance and inspire others to discover their full potential by becoming the best version of themselves. She also spends several months each year teaching alongside talented teachers like Briohny Smyth and Dice Iida-Klein in Korea, Thailand, Singapore, Australia, and the UK.
Her teaching philosophy goes beyond yoga, although she has an alignment-based grounding with both vinyasa and dynamic and playful sequences. Her classes are all about connecting the breath with the flow, tempering the pose to suit the day, and implementing non-yoga theories into her practice. Expect lots of laughter and fun in her classes, and the perfect playlist.
