What is Reconnect & Rebuild?

Reconnect & Rebuild is our first post-natal program designed to support your recovery during the fourth trimester. Led one-on-one by our pelvic health physiotherapist, Aislinn, this program ensures you feel safe, confident, and comfortable throughout your care.

Program Structure

The R&R program focuses on three main pillars:

  1. Comprehensive Assessments

    • Four pelvic health assessments (one initial and three follow-ups).

    • A holistic approach to understanding your body, goals, and concerns.

    • Option for additional assessments at a preferred rate.

  2. Tailor-Made Strength and Conditioning Sessions

    • Minimum of eight guided sessions focused on re-engaging your deep core and returning to activities.

    • A six-stage program for a safe, progressive return to activity.

    • Additional sessions available at preferred rates.

  3. Fully Guided Home Program

    • A structured home program to maintain consistency and momentum.

Who is Reconnect & Rebuild For?

Reconnect & Rebuild is designed for new mothers seeking guidance and support during their postpartum recovery journey. It accommodates individual differences and follows evidence-based healing timelines, making it suitable for anyone looking to regain strength and confidence after childbirth.

What conditions can Reconnect & Rebuild Benefit?

The program can benefit conditions commonly experienced during the postpartum period, such as:

  • Pelvic organ prolapse

  • Urinary incontinence

  • Diastasis recti (abdominal separation)

  • General musculoskeletal pain related to pregnancy and childbirth

What does a Reconnect & Rebuild session look like?

Each session is tailored to your needs and may include:

  • Strength and Conditioning Sessions: Lasting 45 minutes, focusing on optimizing strength starting from the deep core.

  • Pelvic Health Sessions: Lasting 60 minutes, including comprehensive assessments and optional internal evaluations to monitor progress.

What types of Reconnect & Rebuild sessions are available?

    • Minimum of eight guided sessions focusing on progressive strength training.

  2. Pelvic Health Assessments

    • Four thorough assessments to gauge your pelvic health status and recovery.
