Men’s Pelvic Health Physiotherapy
Pelvic health care that takes you seriously — whether related to your pregnancy, training, or something else.
Whether you're dealing with pelvic pain, bladder leakage, pregnancy-related discomfort, or recovering after birth, pelvic health physiotherapy addresses what general physio often doesn't. Private, judgment-free, one-on-one care in Central, Hong Kong, led by Aislinn MacPhail.
THE PROBLEM
These issues are common. They're also treatable — and talking about them shouldn't be awkward.
Leakage when you laugh, cough, or exercise. Pelvic or lower back pain during pregnancy. Pain with intimacy. A sense that "something's not quite right" since giving birth, even years later. Many women live with these quietly for years, assuming it's just something to accept. It isn't — and it's very treatable with the right assessment and plan.
THE PROGRAMME
What to expect
1. Assessment
A thorough, private conversation and physical assessment — covering your history, symptoms, and goals, at a pace that respects how personal this is.
2. A Tailored Plan
Depending on what we find: pelvic floor rehabilitation, manual therapy, breathing and pressure management strategies, or a return-to-exercise plan — built around your body and your life stage, not a generic protocol.
3. Ongoing Support
Pelvic health often needs a longer view than a single course of sessions — we adjust the plan as you progress, whether that's returning to running, returning to intimacy without pain, or simply feeling in control of your body again.

WHAT OUR CLIENTS SAY
FAQ
Is this only for pregnancy and postpartum issues?
No — pelvic health physiotherapy also treats pelvic pain, bladder or bowel issues, and pain with intimacy at any life stage, not only around childbirth.
What happens in a first appointment?
A private conversation about your history and symptoms, followed by a physical assessment — internal assessment is only ever done with full explanation and consent, and is not required to begin treatment.
Do I need to be referred by a doctor?
Yes if you are claiming with your health insurance.
No referral is needed if you aren’t — you can book directly with us.
Is this covered by insurance?
Yes, as our sessions are led by a pelvic health specialised physiotherapist.
