Massage Therapy
Sometimes your body just needs the tension taken out of it.
Our bespoke sports massage sessions are a personalised bodywork experience in the heart of Central — built for genuine pain relief and recovery, not a generic rubdown, and connected into your wider care with us if you need it.
THE PROBLEM
Tension doesn't stay in one place.
Whether it's from training load, a desk-bound posture, or an old injury your body's still compensating for, muscle tightness rarely stays contained to where it hurts. Left unaddressed, it restricts circulation, limits joint range of motion, and slows recovery — which is often exactly why the same tightness or ache keeps returning.
Massage on its own can ease that in the moment. Massage as part of a connected care plan — alongside physiotherapy or chiropractic where needed — treats it as part of the bigger picture instead of a one-off fix.
THE PROGRAMME
What a session with us looks like
1. Getting to Know You
Beyond the physical pain points, we take time to understand you and how massage fits into your broader health picture — physical, mental, nutritional, and social.
2. Personalised Bodywork
A session tailored to your presentation, whether that's general tension, a specific injury, or recovery from training.
3. Connected Care
Massage sits within our Relieve (Pain Management) and Restore (Foundation Training & Recovery) entry points — so if there's more going on than massage alone can address, we can guide you to the right next step.

WHAT OUR CLIENTS SAY
I received great service from the first booking of appointments. Aisllnn provided great advice during my physiotherapy sessions and by email follow up. Adrian provided massage therapy that provide relief and his suggestions for exercises and his follow up after sessions went beyond what I expected. I would recommend Momentum and will use them when needed. - Rosa Turner
I had been battling with a muscular and nerve discomfort for a few years and having had visited numerous physiotherapists, related therapists, and doctors, it was a (much) welcomed surprise when my pain started to get positively managed after starting my sessions with Adrian at Momemtum. Within weeks, my discomfort pain points gradually disappeared and were not as noticeable as frequently as before - the best it has been in years. Importantly, the program to recovery is in place and has been excellent. Adrian’s approach is patient, positive, and analytical. He eliminated possible root causes of my complex problem systematically, and then was able to identify other areas that had been contributing to the pain. The strengthening exercises are well tailored to my needs, and his accompanying deep tissue static work during each session has always been diligent and very very effective. Highly recommended. - Marshling
FAQ
Is this just relaxation massage, or is it therapeutic?
Therapeutic — sessions are built for pain relief, recovery, and mobility, not just relaxation, though you'll get that benefit too.
Can massage help with a specific injury, not just general tightness?
Yes — it's commonly used alongside recovery from running injuries, frozen shoulder, tennis elbow, and other specific conditions, and works well combined with physiotherapy or chiropractic care.
Do I need to be an existing client to book?
No — you can book a massage session directly, whether or not you're already working with us on something else.
Do I need a referral?
No.
