Sports Performance &
Injury Rehabilitation
Get back to your sport — not just back to "normal."
Whether it's a sports injury, a nagging issue that flares up during training, or recovery from a specific event, our sports rehabilitation programme is built to return you to performance, not just to pain-free daily life.
THE PROBLEM
"Pain-free" and "ready for sport" are not the same thing.
A lot of rehab stops once the pain goes away — but the demands of sport (speed, load, direction changes, repetition) are far higher than daily life. Returning too early, or without addressing the underlying cause, is one of the most common reasons injuries recur.
THE PROGRAMME
Recovery built around your sport's actual demands
1. Assessment
A thorough evaluation of the injury, its cause, and — critically — the specific physical demands of your sport, so the plan is built for what you're actually returning to.
2. Targeted, Sports-specific Rehabilitation
Manual therapy, load management, and progressive strength and movement work addressing both the injury and any underlying contributing factors.
3. Return-to-Sport Testing
Objective markers — strength, movement quality, sport-specific tasks — before you return to full training or competition, reducing the risk of re-injury.

WHAT OUR CLIENTS SAY
I went to Momentum because I started to develop knee and foot pain from running. I really like Aislinn's approach as she analysed the source and cause of the pain due to my strength and mobility weaknesses. She gave me a very comprehensive plan of rehab exercise which I can follow outside of my normal training plan. I would highly recommend to anyone who does not want to just give up a specific training or exercise only because some pain or symptoms. - Derek Woo
I saw Ken for a knee issue I had from running. Very professional service and each session was really helpful. Follow up and support to keep up with the exercises was great. I'm running pain-free again! Thank you, Momentum! - Priscilla Man
I had a recurring back injury that required physiotherapy and I was recommended Momentum by a friend. I was not disappointed with the therapy provided by Aislinn. Not only did she help my initial recovery she also had a strong focus on developing a program that would help prevent my back injury happening again. I can’t recommend them enough. - Rhodri George
FAQ
What kinds of injuries do you treat?
A wide range of sports injuries — from acute injuries (sprains, strains, ligament injuries) to overuse and recurring issues (tendinopathies, chronic pain patterns) across most sports.
How is this different from general physiotherapy?
The assessment and plan are built specifically around returning you to your sport's demands, not just resolving pain — including objective return-to-sport testing before you go back to full training.
Do I need a referral?
No — you can book directly with our team.
What if I'm not sure whether this or a specific programme (like ACL rehab) is right for me?
That's exactly what a Discovery Call is for — we'll point you to the right pathway based on your specific injury and goals. If your injury is an ACL, click here for our ACL-specific program.
