how to deal with ACUTE sports injuries

Did you know that the RICE method isn’t necessarily the best way to recover more optimally from an acute sprain? Give us a call or drop us a message if you’ve just had an injury and want to hear what you can do in the short-term before you see us.

Not only will you learn how to optimise your recovery at our Central physiotherapy & sports injury clinic, but you have the option to have access to our online training platform that gives you access to your training programme when you’re not with us in person.

physio discovery CONSULT (45 MINUTES)

Our PhysioCare Discovery Consult is one-on-one with your designated Physiotherapist, and further you have use of our health space after your consult if it is prescribed.

You will also receive a digital client pathway report clearly outlining your goals, treatment plan, and active recovery programme.

‘fundamentals’ consults (for runner’s, golfer’s, and skier’s)

Choose from a selection of our PerformanceCare Fundamentals Sessions, designed to improve your overall performance, or identify what you can work on to increase your physical performance and also reduce your risk of injury for each sport (running, golf, and skiing).
